I originally developed this design in 2009 — the Pirate Vest returns as a limited-edition Jonesea style built for warm water and summer surf.

Built with a 3" super-stretch chest stripe and forest green and navy front and back, giving the vest a throwback 1960s vintage vibe.

I personally chalk, cut, silkscreen, and sew each vest in my Costa Mesa studio using custom Japanese neoprene I design.

Built to Last: Seams are hand glued and single blind-stitched for strength and longevity.

Designed for tropical and summer surf. Limited to 24.
