② CONSULTATION & MEASUREMENTS
Once your order is placed, you'll schedule your first appointment at the Costa Mesa studio. During this one-on-one session, Jonesea will take your measurements, review your preferences, and guide you through materials, thickness, and design details.

③ CREATION
Your personalized pattern is drafted, then your wetsuit is hand-cut, glued, and assembled over the following two weeks using premium limestone neoprene.

④ FITTING & FINAL FINISH
Return for your fitting to try on your suit and make any final adjustments. Jonesea will refine and finish your suit, ensuring a flawless, second-skin fit before delivery.

I designed the Bermuda Springsuit for balanced coverage and freedom. Crop sleeves give your shoulders coverage while keeping your arms free for paddling. The fuller coverage short cut keeps you comfortable and mobile through your session.

Built from custom Japanese limestone neoprene I design exclusively for Jonesea. Made for 60–70°F waters. I personally hand-cut, silkscreen, sew, and glue every suit from start to finish in my California studio.

PRE-SOAK & PREP

• Fill a bathtub, large sink, or tote with a few inches of lukewarm water.
• Submerge your wetsuit and let it soak for 5 to 15 minutes.
• Take it out and let it dry in the shade. Do not hang it from the shoulders
  

AFTER SURF

• Rinse with freshwater after every use
• Dry inside out in the shade
• Do not hang it from the shoulders as this will stretch the neck and shoulders out

This is a one man shop where every suit is made to order with a love of the craft. No assembly lines, no offshore factory, no middlemen, no waste.

I stand by every stitch. I offer a 30-day warranty. If you find a defect under normal use, I will repair it myself.

Because every item is made to order, returns are not accepted.
