② CONSULTATION & MEASUREMENTS Once your order is placed, you'll schedule your first appointment at the Costa Mesa studio. During this one-on-one session, Jonesea will take your measurements, review your preferences, and guide you through materials, thickness, and design details.
③ CREATION Your personalized pattern is drafted, then your wetsuit is hand-cut, glued, and assembled over the following two weeks — using premium Yamamoto limestone neoprene.
④ FITTING & FINAL FINISH Return for your fitting to try on your suit and make any final adjustments. Jonesea will refine and finish your suit, ensuring a flawless, second-skin fit before delivery.
Your suit is built from custom Jonesea materials I create exclusively for my brand—premium Yamamoto designed for maximum heat retention, buttery soft feel, lightweight flexibility, lasting durability in 63–75°F (17–24°C) waters.
I personally hand-cut, silkscreen, sew, and glue every suit from start to finish in my California studio. The result is a second-skin fit that balances superior insulation with complete freedom of movement, so you can stay out longer when the water warms up.
