Each men's custom wetsuit is individually tailored to your exact measurements. A personal pattern is created and a suit is built exclusively for you.

Pick out your color and wetsuit thickness below. Then select a time for your one on one tailoring appointment at the Costa Mesa studio.

Measure & Make

During your one-on-one session, Jonesea will take your measurements, review your preferences, and confirm materials, thickness, and design details in order to create your personalized pattern.

Then your wetsuit is hand-cut, glued, and assembled over the following weeks using Jonesea exclusive premium Yamamoto limestone neoprene.

FIT & FINAL FINISH

Return for your fitting so final adjustments can be made. Your suit will then be refined and finished, ensuring a flawless, second-skin fit before final delivery.

I designed the Long John with a nod to 1960's surf culture—clean lines, timeless style, and classic wetsuit aesthetic. A versatile piece that delivers core and leg warmth while keeping your arms free for maximum paddling mobility and layering flexibility.

Built from premium limestone Yamamoto neoprene I design exclusively for my brand. Engineered for 60–70°F waters. I personally hand-cut, silkscreen, sew, and glue every suit start to finish in my California studio.

CARING FOR YOUR SUIT

PRE-SOAK & PREP

Fill a bathtub, large sink, or tote with a few inches of lukewarm water.
Submerge your wetsuit and let it soak for 5 to 15 minutes.
Take it out and let it dry in the shade. Do not hang it from the shoulders

AFTER SURF

Rinse with freshwater after every use
Dry inside out in the shade
Do not hang it from the shoulders as this will stretch the neck and shoulders out

This is a one man shop where every suit is made to order with a love of the craft. No assembly lines, no offshore factory, no middlemen, no waste.

I stand by every stitch. I offer a 30-day warranty. If you find a defect under normal use, I will repair it myself.
