Measure & Make

During your one-on-one session, Jonesea will take your measurements, review your preferences, and confirm materials, thickness, and design details in order to create your personalized pattern.

Then your wetsuit is hand-cut, glued, and assembled over the following weeks using Jonesea exclusive premium Yamamoto limestone neoprene.

FIT & FINAL FINISH

Return for your fitting so final adjustments can be made. Your suit will then be refined and finished, ensuring a flawless, second-skin fit before final delivery.

DESIGN DETAILS FROM THE MAKER

Engineered for 63–75°F (17–24°C) waters, this short arm wetsuit delivers core warmth with enhanced mobility. Lightweight, flexible, and built for warm water sessions.

This suit is built from custom Jonesea materials I create exclusively for my brand—premium Yamamoto designed for maximum heat retention, buttery soft feel, lightweight flexibility, and lasting durability. The jersey is a special low profile weave to minimize water absorption, keeping the suit lighter and warmer.

I personally hand-cut, silkscreen, sew, and glue every suit from start to finish in my California studio. The result is a second-skin fit that balances superior insulation with complete freedom of movement, so you can stay out longer when the water warms up.

CARING FOR YOUR SUIT

PRE-SOAK & PREP

Fill a bathtub, large sink, or tote with a few inches of lukewarm water.
Submerge your wetsuit and let it soak for 5 to 15 minutes.
Take it out and let it dry in the shade. Do not hang it from the shoulders

AFTER SURF

Rinse with freshwater after every use
Dry inside out in the shade
Do not hang it from the shoulders as this will stretch the neck and shoulders out

I stand by every stitch. I offer a 30-day warranty. If you find a defect under normal use, I will repair it myself.
