② CONSULTATION & MEASUREMENTS
Once your order is placed, you'll schedule your first appointment at the Costa Mesa studio. During this one-on-one session, Jonesea will take your measurements, review your preferences, and guide you through materials, thickness, and design details.

③ CREATION
Your personalized pattern is drafted, then your wetsuit is hand-cut, glued, and assembled over the following two weeks — using premium Yamamoto limestone neoprene.

④ FITTING & FINAL FINISH
Return for your fitting to try on your suit and make any final adjustments. Jonesea will refine and finish your suit, ensuring a flawless, second-skin fit before delivery.

Engineered for 65–75°F (18–24°C) waters, this long arm springsuit delivers core warmth and sun protection with full range of motion. Lightweight, flexible, and built for warm water sessions. Made from custom Yamamoto I design exclusively for my brand.

All custom-tailored wetsuits are made to order and final sale — no returns or exchanges.

Builds for customers over 265 lbs require additional material and include a $150 surcharge to ensure proper fit and performance.
